Where are we located?:
Castelli Estate is located approximately 4km from the centre of Denmark township, at 380-390 Mt Shadforth Road, Shadforth (Denmark) – Refer to point ‘B’ on the map below.
Ample parking is available at Castelli Estate. Look for signage as you are approaching the Estate and follow the direction of parking staff when you enter. They will guide you to the appropriate location.
For general admission and premium general admission parking, a brief walk will take you to the entry gate. VIP parking is located adjacent the entry gate. Parking outside the venue or on nearby roads is not permitted.
- Bad vibes/bad manners
- BYO alcohol
- Metal cutlery
- Sunshades, tents, tables or any other structures or items that may cause injury or impair other patrons’ view of the stage
- Umbrellas (even if it is raining) – Do not forget your raincoat and gumboots.
Prohibited items will be confiscated at the entry gate. These items cannot be held at the venue and must be either left at home or returned to your car.
Are pass outs allowed during the night?
NO PASS OUTS ALLOWED. Once you have left the venue, we will not be able to allow you back in.
What can I bring?:
- Good vibes, good manners and a smile!
- Sensible and comfortable footwear and comfortable clothes
- Sunscreen and a hat and/or raincoat and gumboots if it is wet
- Sealed or empty bottle of water and a small amount of soft-wrapped food
Will there be bag checks?:
Yes, ALL bags and similar items will be checked at the entry gate. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. You will be asked to leave any confiscated items at home or return them to your car – Please note that Castelli Estate takes no responsibility for damage to or loss of your belongings.
Seating, Blankets, Rugs and Pillows:
Seating on the grassed area is on a first-come first-served basis. Each patron is allowed to bring a small blanket and/or small pillows to sit on which are to be no larger in size than 50cm (w) x 50cm (l) x 25cm (h). We ask that you respect others at the show and restrict your space usage where possible for the comfort of all patrons.
Patrons who wish to stand and/or dance will not be stopped from doing so. For the comfort of other concert-goers, we ask that you please consider those around you and move to an appropriate location.
For the comfort of all patrons, chairs are to be ground-level and no larger than 50cm (w) x 50cm (l) x 25cm (h). Chairs that do not meet these dimensions will be sited to the back of the venue – For everyone’s enjoyment, please respect the staff member’s request if you are askedto move to the rear of the venue.

Bookings are essential for some bus services.
Some of our buses operate on a gold coin donation travel policy. These funds are donated to the Denmark Community or to organisations that support the community. We thank you in advance for your support.
What time do gates open? What are performance start and finish times?
Gates will open at 5.30pm for GA and Premium GA ticket holders.

What happens if I lose my tickets?
There are no exchanges or refunds on tickets. If you lose your tickets they will not be replaced. For ticketing information please visit the ticketing agent’s website.
VIP tickets include access to the exclusive VIP area, VIP parking (located near the entry gate, a Food & Beverage package from 4.30pm – 7pm including finger-food style gourmet dinner prepared in our traditional wood-fired oven, a selection of Castelli Estate’s wines, free water and soft drink, and an elevated view of the stage in our designated standing VIP area.
Will there be loud music?
Yes. Being an outdoor concert, the music is amplified. If you have sensitive hearing or find the music too loud, we suggest moving to a location that is further away from the stage and in a position where the volume is comfortable for you.
The sound levels will be kept within local government guidelines.
Certain disabled facilities will be made available at every show including disabled parking (with a valid ACROD pass) and access to existing disabled-friendly toilets. However, please be aware that the show is at an outdoor venue and consider that there may be sloping, uneven or obstructed areas (small branches, etc).
A catering van will be present at the show. Respectfully priced food will be made available throughout the full duration of the show.
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available from the bar area at the event area. Service of alcohol will be in accordance with all Western Australian laws and requirements. Please note that our events are STRICTLY NO BYO alcohol, and any alcohol (whether open or unopened) cannot be removed from the venue at any time. Bottled water can be purchased, and free drinking water will be made available at the bar.
A wide selection of the Castelli Estate wines will be available for purchase, as well as a limited number of beers and Ready ToDrink alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks and bottled water are available for purchase at the bars.
Small empty or sealed clear water bottles will be allowed into the venue. Unsealed water bottles will be emptied at the entry gate and non-clear containers will not be allowed into the venue. Please note that prohibited items cannot be stored at the venue.
Small amounts of soft wrapped food (ie. Glad-wrapped, or similar) will be allowed into the venue. Hard food containers or containers that are deemed to potentially cause injury will not be allowed into the venue.
Glassware such as glass drink containers are not permitted at the venue.
EFTPOS/Credit Card facilities:
No credit card or EFTPOS facilities are available. We operate a cash bar and cash catering services only.
The show will proceed rain, hail or shine. We suggest that you check weather ahead of time and dress to the relevant weather conditions.
Being an evening show, some sun may be present for the last hours of the day – We suggest you bring sunglasses and protect yourself with sunscreen and a hat. For the comfort of other patrons, sun tents, umbrellas, canopies or other artificial shading will not be allowed into the venue.
Children (including toddlers in arms) will be allowed into the concert ONLY under the supervision of their legal guardian. Children under 2 are admitted free when accompanied by parent. No more than two children per legal guardian will be allowed under any circumstance. If a valid ticket is not presented or the child is not under the supervision of their legal guardian, they will be refused entry to the venue and not entitled to any refund.
In order to uphold liquor licensing laws, any minor attempting to purchase alcohol or if you are attempting to purchase alcohol on behalf of a minor, you will be immediately excused from the event and will not be entitled to a refund. If you or the person under your supervision is removed from the venue, both yourself and any minors you are supervising will also be required to leave the venue.
For your safety and the safety of others, camping before or after the show is not permitted. Please cooperate with security if you are asked to move on from the venue after the show.
Castelli Estate promotes the safe consumption of alcohol and suggests that you appoint a responsible skipper before leaving for the event, or utilise one of our bus services to travel to and from the venue.
First aid staff will be present at the event. Please make yourself familiar with their location when you arrive – Visible signage will mark their location. If you are unsure, please ask one of the friendly concert staff or any security staff for directions to the first aid area.
Being an outdoor venue, we ask that you take extra care. Please be mindful of yourself and others throughout your time at Castelli Estate to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience.
What do I wear?
Please dress comfortably and respectfully. While warm during the day, Denmark can get cold and breezy at night, so we suggest you wear jeans/long pants and bring along a jumper for the night time. We also recommend closed and supportive shoes as the terrain can be sloped and uneven in some places.
Gang colours, steel-capped shoes and any other items deemed dangerous, hazardous, offensive or intimidating will not be allowed into the event. We want everyone to feel safe and have a good time!
If rain is forecast, remember to bring a jacket, poncho or appropriate wet-weather gear.
For the comfort of all, Castelli Estate events are smoke-free.
Plenty of toilets are available for use at the venue to ensure that they are clean and that lines are kept to a minimum. They are serviced frequently throughout the show to ensure cleanliness. Please be aware that toilets do get busy during interval times.
Disabled toilet facilities are also available. Please keep an eye out for the signs to direct you to the disabled facilities. If you require assistance, please ask one of our friendly concert staff.
Cameras and Video Recording Equipment:
Handheld point-and-shoot style cameras are allowed. Professional SLR cameras and video cameras are not allowed into the venue. Unauthorised or prohibited photos or video recordings may be deleted by security staff.
There are no cloakroom facilities at the venue. Please leave any valuable items at home, and note that while parking areas will have staff present for some of the show, Castelli Estate takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to and within your vehicles.
Lost property will be made available for collection from the venue from the first business day following the show for a period of two weeks. Please contact Castelli Estate during business hours to locate any items which may have been found following the show.
If you find any lost items, please hand it to any of our concert staff.
While accommodation exists within Denmark and its surrounds, we remind you that our events are generally held on long weekends, which can make accommodation difficult to find.
We recommend you contact the Denmark Visitor’s Centre for accommodation suggestions as soon as possible because accommodation facilities do get booked out many months in advance!
