Who is Castelli Estate?

Castelli Estate is a family-owned property and winery operating under the ‘Castelli Group’ of companies. The Castelli Group owns and operates the Castelli’s various family businesses. More information is available at www.castelligroup.com.au.

Orders

Order quantities are in multiples of 12 bottles.

Prices

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.

Delivery

Delivery is free within Australia. We dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days through Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery times are at Australia Post’s discretion and may vary between 3 and 10 business days. If express delivery is required, please contact Castelli Estate directly. Australia post will deliver to your door, or leave a card for collection at your local post office. Australia Post will require a person of 18 years of age or older to be present to sign for the delivery. We do not currently offer international purchases and shipping.

Stock Availability

Every effort is made to frequently ensure our website, pricing and stock levels are current. In the unlikely scenario that circumstances change and we are unable to fill your order, we will offer you an alternative, or issue a full refund.

Age policy

As per liquor licensing laws in Western Australia, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine from our online store. Wine can only be delivered and accepted by a person who is over 18 years of age at the time of delivery. If we have reason to believe that a person ordering wine is not 18 years of age or older, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

Transit damage

If any wines are damaged in transit, please contact Castelli Estate directly. We will make arrangements to replace or provide a credit for the damaged items where we are made aware within 3 business days.

Returns

Castelli Estate will gladly accept returns where the products you receive are different from those ordered. Products that are returned must be in their original and undamaged condition.
