Degustation menu with a nod to the chef’s Sardinian heritage.
Acqua E Sale is an authentic and modern Italian restaurant set within a former pizzeria. The Edison bulb-lit vision of neighbourhood casual comfort is influenced by Italy’s Sardinia Island with tastes of the Mediterranean Sea & salty mountains.
The venue’s name translates into Water and Salt, two key elements in Italian cuisine where pizza & pasta dough are both bonded with.
They paired up with Castelli estate to bring a Degustation menu carefully curated to match each wine.
The dinner is happening on Thursday, the 29th July and costs $140 per person, there are very limited seats, so act fast!
