Tastes of WA Great Southern Wine Dinner with Castelli Estate and Limeburners
Join us on Friday 10 September as we embark on a culinary journey through Australia’s Great Southern.
Savour the taste of fresh locally sourced produce including Great Southern truffles, Dellendale Cheese and Albany Akoya in a menu specially prepared by Samuels on Mill Chef Chad Miskiewicz. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a selection of Castelli Estate Wines and the craftsmanship of Limeburners Single Malt Whisky to finish. This will be a night both to delight and remember.
Events start at 6:30 pm and tickets go for $179 per person.
