What is the minimum order size?

You can only checkout once your order contains 6 bottles or more. This can be mixed or straight. Your order will also need to be in multiples of 6 bottles. Freight is free on all orders for subscribers and wine club members.

How much does it cost for delivery?

As a member, delivery is free within Australia on orders of 6 bottles or more. We can only deliver to Australian addresses, but we are not able to deliver wine to the Northern Territory, Tasmania or Christmas Island.

When will I receive my delivery?

Depending on where you live, the delivery time will normally be between 5 and 10 working days. Your wine will be delivered by Australia Post in most instances.

I can't have my wine delivered home - what else can I do?

We can also deliver wine to your work place. If this does not suit, you will be able to leave an "Authority to Leave" instruction on your order, or you can collect from your local post office if this is not possible.

What happens if there is nobody around to accept my delivery?

Upon checkout, please be sure to select "Authority to Leave" and also leave clear delivery instructions, such as "Leave by the front door" or "leave at the back gate" when you place your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we currently use Australia Post for deliveries and can deliver to PO Boxes.

What happens if some of my wine gets broken during delivery, or it is not delivered at all?

This is rarely ever a problem. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, we will replace or credit your account for anything you order but do not receive.
